There are 20 dimensions or layers of reality, not counting the numerous pocket dimensions and an infinite number of realms. Understanding these dimensions requires practice and sensitivity to subtle changes in perception. Here are some indicators that suggest you might be in another dimension:

1. Changes in Visual Perception: You might notice shifts in your surroundings, such as seeing sacred geometry, vibrant and unusual colors, or patterns that are not typically visible in our usual reality. These visual cues often hint at a dimensional shift.
2. Encounters with Unseen Beings: Another telltale sign is encountering beings that are usually invisible in our dimension. These can range from spirit guides and interdimensional entities to ancestral spirits.
3. Auditory Shifts: You may hear frequencies, tones, or voices that communicate with you in ways beyond normal hearing. These sounds can be subtle or profound, and they often carry messages or guidance.
4. Changes in the Sense of Time: Time may feel different. It can either speed up or slow down, giving you a sense of timelessness or eternity, indicating a shift to a higher or parallel dimension.
5. Altered States of Consciousness: Your state of mind may change, leading to profound insights, heightened awareness, or a deep sense of connection with the universe. Meditation, dreams, and astral travel often facilitate these experiences.
